Our Annual Membership enables your child to participate in weekly classes at Mainstream Dance Academy. It also allows Students, their Parents, and other Family Members to take advantage of special privileges and 'Members Only' offers. There are two different levels of membership. The membership fee is due upon registration and must be paid before the student enters class. This is a non-refundable fee.
Our yearly tuition for our dance season that runs from Sept through May/June, is broken down into four (4) installments of $190 for your convenience. Tuition is due by the installment date before services are rendered.
1st Installment- Due at Registration
2nd Installment- Due Nov 8th
3rd Installment- Due Jan 18th
4th Installment- Due Mar 15th
There is a $35 late fee applied to all accounts if payment is not received in full by the end of business on the due date. Refunds are not given for missed lessons, or if a student decides to quit class in the middle of an installment. Make-up classes are available in the event that a student misses a class, but are not mandatory. All families must have a credit card on file and be enrolled in auto-pay. We accept Visa, Discover, Amex, and MasterCard. We also accept payment with cash or check prior to the due date. Prices shown above are per student and we offer multi-class/multi-sibling discounts. Costume payments are due December 1st. If payment is not received by December 1st a $10 late fee per costume will be assessed. The $95 costume package covers the cost of the costume, headpieces, and props. Costume Packages are non-refundable and prices are subject to change.
